Help!

We, as homeowners, have made numerous attempts to improve our community by raising concerns and asking for action to keep Berkley Court a safe and beautiful community from the Board of Directors and the managing agent, Houston HOA Management (formerly managed by Rise AMG). These requests range the gamut from everything from making critical repairs using licensed and qualified suppliers to holding regular meetings for the association’s members.

Here’s a look at what our situation, as covered by KPRC:

Unfortunately, our pleas have had little success to date. Thus, we are asking for assistance from the greater community. Please consider:

  • Donating to our fundraiser to pursue justice and change through legal means,
  • Sharing these stories with your networks in case there are folks with knowledge of additional resources or avenues we can use to bring about positive change

Please also get in touch with us if you are a:

  • Resident and have your own story or ideas to share
  • Homeowner and can provide us with your proxy vote for the next annual meeting
  • Volunteer who can help with communicating with residents and procuring resources (ex. paid Zoom subscriptions, projector and screen, meeting space) to help get the word out
  • Media entity who would like to investigate health, safety, and housing rights issues affecting a diverse, local population
  • Government official who would like to ensure the protection of rights of a working class community
  • Legal counsel specializing in HOA law who can provide advisory and other legal services
  • Social media guru who can help capture stories and create content to keep focus on the things that need to change in our community
