Hello! Allow us to introduce ourselves – we are residents and homeowners in the Berkley Court Condominiums, a residential complex located at 7313 Gulf Freeway, Houston TX 77017. The Berkley Court community comprises a diverse population owning and living in 160 condominium units, built in the early 1980s and is part of the Gulfgate area of Houston, Texas. The convenient location at the intersection of the 610 loop and Interstate 45 provides quick and easy access to nearby destinations:
- Under 5 minutes to the highway freeway systems
- 10 minutes to the Gulfgate mall and Hobby airport
- Located close to University of Houston, Texas Southern University, and other academic institutions
